THERE IS NO 3-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL A CAR DEAL! Not in Texas, not anywhere! You signed the contract and in doing so, you agreed to the terms. Enjoy your new truck.

To the dough head who suggested using the lemon law - lemon laws protect owners of new vehicles from serious, recurring DEFECTS under specific circumstances. Lemon laws have nothing to do with this question.

There is no buyers remorse laws on any car in any state. You will have to deal with the dealer you bought the car from and ask them to explain the numbers. Sorry, but if you signed the papers, you bought the vehicle...

Any of these answers which say you have 3 days are WRONG! I repeat WRONG! There is no cooling off period on an automobile purchase anywhere in the US. You drove it off the lot, YOU OWN IT. The dealer may be willing to take it back but you have no legal recourse to make him do so.

Ask the dealer if you can return the vehicle. If you signed the papers that stated the purchase price, you are at their mercy. There is no return law in Texas unless you can prove the truck was a "Lemon", or that you were defrauded. Your situation is called "Buyers Remorse" and you are out of luck.

Not sure, but I think it is 3 days. I think you can say you were under to much stress or pressure.

Take it back. By law, you have 3 days to return "ANYTHING". Do it ASAP.
